Lenses from the makers we trust
We fit lenses from the four manufacturers behind most of the soft contact lenses worn today — so the choice is based on what suits your eyes, not on what we happen to stock.

- Vita
- Oasys Max

- Biofinity
- MyDay
- clariti

What we fit
A lens for your prescription
Soft contact lenses come in more shapes than most people realise. Whichever your eyes need, the fitting is the same careful process — measure, trial, and adjust until it’s comfortable.
Single vision
The most common fit — one consistent power across the lens to correct short-sightedness or long-sightedness.
Toric — for astigmatism
Shaped to stay oriented on the eye so an astigmatic prescription stays sharp rather than drifting through the day.
Multifocal
More than one power in a single lens, so you can move between reading and distance without swapping to readers.

What to expect
How contact lens care works
Contact lens services are separate from a comprehensive eye exam. A contact lens eye exam and a contact lens fitting are distinct services, and each has its own fee.
Your prescription must be within one year
Prescription lapsed? Book a contact lens eye examLike a prescription medication, it needs a fresh look every year — even if nothing feels different — to confirm your fit, prescription, hygiene and eye health are still on track.
Contact lens eye exam
We assess your prescription and eye health specifically for contact lens wear.
Talking it through
Your prescription, your day, and how you’d realistically want to wear lenses.
Measurements
The curve and size of your cornea, and how your tear film behaves.
Trial lenses
You wear them and tell us how they feel. If one isn’t right, we try another.
Follow-up
A check that the lens is still comfortable once you’ve worn it in real life.
You won’t be left to figure it out
Wearing and caring for your lenses
The most common reason people avoid contacts is the thought of touching their own eye. It’s also the part we spend the most time on — in person, unhurried, until it feels routine.
Putting them in
In the clinic, at your pace, until it feels natural.
Taking them out
A technique that stays quick and gentle, even on stubborn days.
Cleaning & storage
The right solution, and the habits that keep your lenses safe.
Replacement schedule
Daily, bi-weekly or monthly — and why sticking to it matters.
