If the MTO has asked for a vision report, or you're renewing or applying for a commercial licence, we measure your vision, complete the form, and submit the results.

The assessment covers your visual acuity and visual field — the two things the MTO looks at to confirm you can drive safely.

A standardized colour-vision screen, which several services require applicants to pass.
Depth perception & eye health
Stereopsis (depth perception), plus a dilated fundus exam with retinal photography to assess the health of the structures at the back of the eye.
